Our tough night

There are some days and/or nights when I really do miss my husband and wish he was here. Last night was one of those times for me. Yesterday at about 5 pm Wyatt started complaining about his tummy hurting. He didn't want anything to eat, just water to drink. So around 8 pm we went up to bed- he laid next to me crying and quickly fell asleep. At the same time Charlotte was being a little fussy. So.... all 3 of us were in bed together and then Wyatt fell asleep and then Charlotte did, so it was peaceful.

Around 10 Wyatt woke up and the long night began.... he was crying because his tummy hurt and he went to the bathroom.  After that we had about 10-15 minutes of sleep in between him waking up. I won't go into details, but we had lots of "sick" problems until about 330 am, when he finally fell asleep.

Of course, Charlotte woke up at about 530 am and I was sooo tired! I was very thankful that my mom was able to go in and tend to her while a slept for a little bit. Wyatt said he felt better this morning, but he has started crying again, saying his tummy hurts so I guess he's not completely better yet.

Times like this I am grateful my parents are here to help me out, but at the same time I miss George too. It is hard to tend to Wyatt when he is sick and take care of Charlotte and try to keep her feeling well, but these are the trials of motherhood! Hopefully this sickness will go through the family quick & we will all be feeling better soon!
