Daddy's Home!!!

 March has been a very exciting month here at our house and I haven't had a lot of time to blog, but now that things are back to normal- here I go....

Here comes the plane!

We had been anxiously waiting for news that George was coming home for his R&R and finally he was coming! Wyatt was so excited to see daddy- after all he had been gone for sooo long. When we got to the airport he watched out the window for his plane and finally it landed. He ran over and waited for him to walk out and when he did it was so exciting. I'm not sure who was more excited.... George or Wyatt!

 Seeing George again after being apart for 5 months was great! We were all happy & emotional. Charlotte wasn't sure what to think of him, but she warmed up to him....  We spent the next 2 weeks together and had a great time.  It's really hard to understand what a family goes through during a deployment, until you experience it and as the children get older, it gets harder.  But we are all proud of George for serving his country and can't wait until he is home again.... for good!
